On the occasion of the arrival of the new EU Ambassador and Head of EC Delegation in Cairo, H.E. Marc Franco, CEEBA is holding a business Luncheon to discuss the new phase of EU-Egypt Cooperation. The new phase will discuss the full liberalisation of trade in agriculture, the start of new services by the European Commission, as well as a new National Indicative Programme (NIP), offering new chances to Egyptian businesses. The keynote address will be held by H.E. Marc Franco, the new Ambassador of the EU and Head of the EC Delegation in Cairo. The Luncheon was addressed by H.E. Benita Ferrero-Waldner, European External relations Commissioner and H.E. Eng. Mohamed Loutfy Mansour, Minister of Transport, who signed an agreement about a grant of 80 Mio. € for the Egyptian transport sector. |
